Emily and Jon married on a PERFECT fall day. Some may still consider the first week of September summer, but it has been nothing but fall in my mind!

Emily decorated with a touch of fall by using sparkly pumpkins and a few fall colors. Their day was beautiful and I loved being able to document it! Emily and Jon opted out of having a wedding party, but let me be clear that they have PLENTY of friends. Instead of having a wedding party, Emily wanted to spend her cocktail hour grabbing pictures with friends that way. She enjoyed her day by having so much portrait time with her groom and spent her cocktail hour smiling for a few pictures with friends but laughing and drinking with all of her guests.

Jon’s reaction to seeing Emily was so sweet. Wedding days have so much more bliss right now because there have been many moments where the couple truly didnt know if it was going to happen or not. I tell every couple on their wedding day, “GUYS. WE’RE HERE. IT’S HAPPENING. YOURE GETTING MARRIEDDD!”
