Jeremy + Brianna | Married | Kayla Knies Photography | NWI Wedding Photographer

Jeremy + Brianna
May 5, 2018

These two are so sweet and such a perfect fit for one another. I first met Brianna during the consultation meeting, and there I recognized how sweet she was and I was looking forward to meeting this well talked about groom! I finally got to meet him at their engagement session and I could easily see why Brianna chose him as her ‘soon to be husband’. Leaving their joy-filled session, Kris and I both mentioned how we’d enjoy hanging out with them. It was easy to tell they were genuine, good-hearted people. Ever since, I’ve greatly looked forward to their wedding day, which has finally come and gone. Bittersweet!!

They chose the first week of may and yet it felt like July! However, no complaints here because two weeks ago it was snowing. They had the most perfect wedding day weather for their outdoor ceremony.

Their wedding party really reflected these two as well. They were helpful, caring, sweet, and funny! And they were all ultimately, so excited for these two.

Their entire day was filled with so much joy and many emotions. It was so sweet and so loving. It was an honor to capture.

Brianna and Jeremy, thank you for allowing us the honor of capturing your day. Hope you enjoy some of my favorites!

Have a wonderful honeymoon Mr and Mrs Gettler!

With love,
Kris and Kayla.

My heart absolutely adores first looks with dad!
The void in your heart on your wedding day is real when one less parent is there. Any wedding I capture that deals with this, is so very dear to my heart. Out of the many victories in my own life, my wedding day would be the day I would have wanted my dad there. So when this void is present on a wedding day, I take it very serious and very dear to my own heart. This bride was sure to remember her mom in many ways through out her day. This charm was one of the many. Bri, your mom would be thrilled about the man you chose to marry!

Jeremy is a firefighter and Brianna was able to sweetly surprise him with a fire truck on their day! Anniversary dances make my heart melt when the longest couple married is the last one on the dance floor.
